DUROSTICK VINYL ADHESIVE 500 EXTRA FLEX

New generation, flexible adhesive material based on cement, with a high content of vinyl resins (vinyl acetate 4.50%). It stands out for its thixotropy, its flexibility, zero vertical slip and its resistance even to constant moisture and frost, while after its final hardening it resists the formation of fungi. It allows coatings up to 20mm thick without 'sitting', while it has a prolonged open bonding time. It is classified in the category C2TE S2 according to EN 12004 and EN 12002.

The VINYL 500 EXTRA FLEX adhesive is ideal for gluing low and non-absorbing tiles and large granites, on the exterior of buildings. It is necessary for the welding of particularly hard and resistant tiles, such as klinker, gres, porcellanato, porcellanato smaltato as well as for ceramic tiles or glass tiles. It stands out for its resistance to contraction and expansion in indoor spaces, such as underfloor heating, but also in outdoor uncovered spaces with strong temperature changes, such as terraces and terraces. It stands out for its resistance to tile adhesion in areas with constant presence of moisture, such as swimming pools, swimming pools, fountains, bathrooms, showers, etc. It is suitable for areas with heavy traffic, such as car showrooms, airport halls, shopping centers, super markets, catering areas, public areas, etc. It is ideal for any type of fixed substrate, such as cement floor screeds, spreadable cementitious substrates, precast concrete walls, old tiles, mosaic, marble plasters, plaster or aerated concrete. Its high thixotropy allows tiles to be glued to walls starting from top to bottom.
