If the product you want to cancel is a " Available" product , and if your order has not yet been shipped, you should contact the Order Manager of our e-shop at 22510-2 4788 or send us an email at sales @ zitianelli.gr.
In case the product you want to cancel is a product " Upon Order" then our company has the right
( (a) claim compensation, the amount of which is determined by the marketability of the product; (b) offset this claim in whole or in part with the down payment you have already paid. < / p>
You are obliged to unpack and check the product within 14 days of receipt. In case the product is not returned within 14 days of delivery, it is considered that it was received in excellent condition and our company may not accept its return and replacement.
You have the right to return the product you purchased and request a replacement in the following cases:
- in all cases where, by our mistake, a product other than the one you ordered has been sent to you, provided that the product has not been placed.
- in all cases in which the product has an aesthetic or structural defect which is covered by the product warranty. If the product has been installed or used, it will not be returned unless it has an obvious manufacturing defect.
- in case you wish to replace it with another one, provided that the product you purchased is " Available" and not " On Order" and has not been installed or used. Products marked as " Upon Order" cannot be returned.
In cases (1) and (2), after receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will send you the correct product as soon as possible, assuming any shipping, return and shipping costs of the new product. You can also request either a replacement with another product or a refund of the money you paid us.
In case (3) you have the right to request the replacement of the product with a different product, assuming the shipping cost of its return, as well as the shipping cost of the new product. If you do not want to change it with another product and you want your money back, you will be charged the shipping cost of sending and returning the product.
In any case the product should be returned in excellent condition, not used, complete, the packaging should be the one with which it was purchased and it should be in excellent condition.
In case the product is returned incomplete or damaged, our company has the right to accept the return and claim compensation, the amount of which is determined by its condition product and its packaging.
Finally, the product to be replaced must be accompanied by all the documents that accompanied it at the time of purchase (eg Shipping Note, Invoice, Retail Receipt). </p >
